MAGNOLIA DESKTOP COMPUTING ANNOUNCES THE RELEASE OF IUSAGEMANAGER SBE

Seattle, WA - November 12, 2004 -Magnolia Desktop Computing, LLC announces the release of its first commercial software project.

The iUsageManager© Small Business Edition helps business owners and managers to establish an acceptable Internet usage policy. The software assists managers and employees in tracking and managing Internet usage in a small to medium business environment in order to assure compliance. The iUsageManager© software establishes employee tracking, reporting and accountability throughout the organization.

All users of the software are given tools to monitor their internet activities. This information can be used to spot potential security risks, document business activity and provide Internet usage reports. iUsageManager© Small Business Edition runs on Microsoft Windows© 2000 Server or higher using the Internet Security and Acceleration Server version 3 or higher or any WC3 compliant internet firewall. A Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or higher database stores the data managed by the iUsageManager and many of its reports are generated using SQL Reporting Services.

Businesses intending to use iUsageManager© will have a single Windows domain and a single internet firewall. The application and database will reside on a server or servers residing within the domain.

The iUsageManager© is projected to be released as a beta version on January 2, 2005. Small and medium businesses located in the United States and Canada interested in establishing an acceptable internet usage policy are encouraged to apply to the beta testing program for this software. The software is projected for final release in the Second Quarter of 2005.
